Drape Clothes is an online clothing store offering T-shirts, drop-shoulder T-shirts, lowers, shirts, hoodies, and other apparel. These Terms apply to your use of our website and all purchases made through it.

2. Eligibility

By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products & Pricing

Product descriptions, images, specifications, and prices may change without prior notice.
We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your device or screen settings.
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Any applicable taxes or charges will be displayed at checkout.

4. Prepaid Orders – 5% OFF

Customers receive 5% OFF on all eligible prepaid orders.

The discount applies to orders paid online through available payment methods such as UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, or other supported prepaid methods.

The prepaid discount may not be combined with certain promotional offers, discount codes, or other coupons unless specifically stated.

Drape Clothes reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this offer at any time.

5. COD Charges

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for eligible orders and locations.

A ₹50 COD fee will be applicable to COD orders and will be displayed at checkout.

6. Orders

Placing an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected products. Drape Clothes reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel an order in certain circumstances, including:

Product being out of stock
Pricing or technical errors
Incorrect customer information
Suspicious or fraudulent activity
Duplicate or unusual orders
Other circumstances affecting order fulfillment

An order confirmation confirms that we have received your order but does not guarantee fulfillment until the order has been processed.

7. Shipping

Drape Clothes currently ships across India.

Free shipping is available on all orders.

Orders are generally delivered within 3–5 business days after order confirmation, depending on the delivery location.

Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to courier issues, weather, public holidays, regional restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to our Return Policy.

Returns

Returns must be requested within 24 hours of delivery.
A ₹99 return fee applies to eligible standard returns.
Returns after the 24-hour window will not be accepted.

Exchanges

Exchanges must be requested within 24 hours of delivery.
A ₹50 exchange fee applies to eligible exchanges.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery with the required photo/video evidence.

If the claim is verified and approved, the applicable return or exchange fee may be waived.

9. Return & Exchange Conditions

Products must be:

Unused
Unwashed
Unworn
In original condition
Returned with original tags attached
Returned in original packaging

Products that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

10. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not already been fulfilled or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on drapeclothes.com, including logos, brand names, designs, graphics, photographs, product images, videos, text, and other materials, belongs to Drape Clothes or its respective owners.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

12. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our website or services, including:

Providing false or misleading information
Using unauthorized payment methods
Engaging in fraudulent transactions
Abusing return, exchange, refund, or COD services
Attempting unauthorized access to our website or systems
Disrupting or interfering with website functionality
Using our intellectual property without permission

13. Fraud Prevention

Drape Clothes reserves the right to take appropriate action against fraudulent or abusive activity.

This may include:

Cancelling suspicious orders
Restricting COD availability
Restricting return or exchange eligibility
Refusing future orders
Investigating suspicious payment, refund, or damage claims

Repeated false claims or abuse of our return, exchange, refund, or COD services may result in restrictions on future orders.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Drape Clothes shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, subject to applicable law.
